The first Blackpool Dance Festival was held during Easter week in 1920 in the magnificent Empress Ballroom in the Winter Gardens and has continued to grow in size and reputation ever since. One of the leading dance competitions in the country, The Fairway Hotel is proud to be associated with all five Blackpool Dance Festivals.
As well as the Blackpool Dance Festival, The Fairway Hotel regularly accommodates guests attending the Freestyle Dance Championship, The Sequence Dance Festival, the Junior Dance Festival and the British National Dance Festival.
